Non-Taxable Ticket Sales

The Central Florida Business Expo has implemented a tax-free ticket policy specifically designed to accommodate non-profits and government entities, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the community and the unique financial constraints they often operate under. To facilitate this, the expo allows these organizations to purchase tickets without the additional burden of taxes, making participation more accessible and affordable. However, due to the need to ensure that this benefit is extended only to those legitimately exempt from taxes, the process cannot be automated and requires manual verification of each organization’s tax-exempt status.

To take advantage of the tax-free ticket policy, interested non-profits and government entities have two straightforward options.

Option 1:

The first option is to simply send an email to [email protected] with details including the number and type of tickets needed, your billing address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and an attachment providing proof of their tax-exempt status. This documentation is crucial for verifying eligibility for the tax exemption.

Option 2:

Alternatively, organizations can choose to fill out the form below supplying the same information required in the email option.

This process ensures that while the policy accommodates those eligible for tax exemption, it maintains the integrity of the tax-free ticket system through rigorous verification, balancing accessibility with accountability.

What happens next?

Regardless of which option you choose, you will receive an invoice directly from the Central Florida Business Expo that is payable by credit card or ACH online, or check by mail. Upon payments, you will receive voucher codes that can be used on our normal registration page that will zero out the cost of each ticket, including tax.
