LAKELAND, FL – The Central Florida Business Expo (CFLBE) will return in 2026 for its third year, continuing to build on the momentum of its first two events as one of the region’s premier gatherings for business leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, corporate teams, and community partners.
Established in 2024, the Central Florida Business Expo was created to provide a platform where businesses and organizations can connect, collaborate, and discover new opportunities for growth. Since its launch, the event has grown into a regional showcase that highlights the innovation, leadership, and economic momentum emerging throughout Polk County and the broader Central Florida region.
The 2026 Central Florida Business Expo will be held at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida, in partnership with the City of Lakeland. The event will feature exhibitors, sponsors, educational sessions, networking opportunities, and business resources designed to help attendees strengthen relationships, discover new ideas, and move their organizations forward.
This year’s theme, “Breakthrough: Leading Change, Unlocking Growth,” reflects the challenges and opportunities facing today’s business community. As organizations navigate changing markets, advancing technologies, workforce shifts, and evolving customer expectations, the Expo is designed to bring together the people, resources, and conversations that can help drive future success.
“The Central Florida Business Expo reflects the continued growth and momentum we’re seeing in Lakeland and across Polk County,” said Shawn Sherrouse, City Manager for the City of Lakeland. “We’re proud to partner on an event that brings together business leaders from across Central Florida and creates meaningful opportunities for connection, collaboration, and long-term economic growth.”
The Expo is designed as a full-day business experience focused on growth, visibility, and connection. Attendees can explore a dynamic Expo Hall featuring businesses, organizations, and resource partners from a variety of industries while also participating in educational sessions and networking opportunities throughout the day.
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase their products, services, and expertise to a highly engaged audience of business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers. Sponsors will gain visibility while demonstrating their commitment to supporting business growth and economic development throughout the region.
“As Polk County continues to grow, it’s important that we create spaces where businesses can connect, collaborate, and move forward together alongside government, nonprofit, and private-sector partners,” said Chrissanne Long. “When these conversations happen in the same room, real opportunities begin to emerge and that benefits the entire business ecosystem.”
Whether attending, exhibiting, sponsoring, or participating as a community partner, the Central Florida Business Expo offers a unique opportunity to engage with the people and organizations helping shape the future of business in Central Florida.
