With nearly two decades of experience in the classroom, Lori understands how to help individuals grow and achieve their highest potential. Lori thrived in connecting talented individuals to the right opportunities to further their success. With a deep track record of supporting organizational growth through individual talent development, Lori partners with companies who face staffing challenges due to lack of a certified talent pool.
Sally Eidge:
For over 15 years, Sally devoted her professional career to Junior Achievement and making a difference teaching students a hands on approach to learn about financial literacy. As VP of Capstone she became skilled in recruiting volunteers, running the facility, communicating with teachers, parents and corporate volunteers.
Shauna Dykes:
Shauna Dykes joined the JA Tampa Bay team in 2017 and is currently the Vice President of District Development. In her current role she is responsible for managing major donor projects, special events, fundraising, board engagement, as well as providing support for the education programs in multiple districts including Polk County. Shauna feels inspired to use her abilities to positively influence young people and thrives on finding others who want to inspire our youth.
Michelle Dix:
Michelle Dix, formerly a business owner for over a decade, transitioned into the field of education, teaching various grade levels from pre-k to high school for more than 10 years. With a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Michelle incorporated Junior Achievement’s classroom programs to educate her students on financial literacy while teaching. Nearly two years ago, she embraced the opportunity to join Junior Achievement’s district education division. Michelle has assumed the role of Account Manager for 3DE, where she recruits business partners and community members to volunteer as coaches and mentors for 3DE students.
